  • Portugal: 7 to 15 business days.
  • Europe: The timeframe may vary depending on the destination. The estimated time will be indicated before payment.

3. What is the shipping cost?

  • Portugal: Free
  • Europe: 5€ (free for orders over 50€).

4. Can I return a cap?

  • We accept returns of non-customized caps within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customized caps cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects.

If it hasn't been processed yet, you can contact us as soon as possible to try to change or cancel the order.

9. Does Metubone ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Portugal and the rest of Europe.
